Silicone Button Membrane also called as Rubber Membrane Buttons,Silicone Rubber Membrane Keypad & Keyboard,Rubber Membrane Keyboard,Silicone Rubber Button Pads.
Silicone Button Membrane is made from clear elastomer silicone rubber material. Use silicone button compression molding or liquid silicone rubber LSR injection molding.
Silicone Button Membrane are widely applied in electronic keypad switch,remote control device button,medical device and machinary device.

Silicone Button Membrane Manufacturiing Steps
1. Prepare high clear elastomer silicone rubber material
2. First vulcanization by compression moulding and then form the silicone rubber button pad base.
3. Do balck and white color spraying.
4. Laser etched characters.
5. Silkscreen pinting.
6. Surface PU polyurethane coating
7. Epoxy coated on the keys.
8. Die-cut the burr of silicone button membrane.
9. Apply 3M adhesive layer.
Use die-cut tooling to remove the burr/flash of the silicone button membrane.
Mask the clear silicone rubber keys & buttons with silicone keycaps. In order to avoid the overspray of black ink.
Silicone Button Membrane Conductive
Silicone Button Membrane can be non-conduction or conductive. Silicone Membrane Keyboard Cover which have no coductivity is kind of silicone button keycap for electronics.
Silicone Rubber Button Pads with conductivity use conductive ink printing, carbon pills,metal dome,metal pills and nickel pills under keys.
Notes: Different conductive ways have different resistance. Customer can choose according to the application of silicone membrane keypad. Generally, Silicone Rubber Button Pad with Conductive ink printing and conductive carbon pills are the most common solutions.
Silicone Button Membrane with non-conduction function, customer put LED under the silicone rubber button pad, which achieve ligh illumination. Another way to achieve backlight effect is laser etching & laser engraved.
