Switch button is also known as rubber switch button, rubber switch keyboard, membrane switch, push button switch, etc., which is made of highly elastic translucent silicone rubber material by compression molding, mainly spray painted and laser ecthing backlit effect for LED light transmission. Switch button are operation switches for portable electronic equipment that used in industrial application, such as mobile phone, portable audio etc., and to be a tactile button to press tact switches.

As a Snap action / Push-on type SPST power button switch, due to it is used for the light touch switches/EVPAF, which is already equipped with an actuator (push plate) under the switch button, generally the rubber switch button no need the carbon pills or conductive ink printing layer for conduction, and there is no require key webbing with non-conductive rubber actuators.

2. Spary black&colorful painting on rubber switch keyboard surface

3. Rubber switch button with backlit effect should spray different coating on the keypad surface and laser cutting/engraving to different color layer to achieve different color requirements.

4.If some characters don’t need backlight effect, customers also will choose silk screen printing symbols & legends & icons on the rubber switch button surface.

5.Surface protective: PU coating, matt smooth coating, epoxy coating or plastic & metal caps
