Firstly, for overmolded dual color switch button, it has to mold the small part of the desired colorful silicone rubber switch button keys in one compression mold. Generally it will require harder hardness than the main switch button parts.

Secondly, insert the small colour keys to the key positioning tool. The key insertion tool will be used to push the insert rubber buttons into the main mold tool.

Thirdly, if need the conductive pills under the bottom of the keypad, such as conductive carbon pills, golden pills, nickle pilss ect, need to use pills positioning tool to absorbed the pills then put into the related main mold tool postion.

Forthly, for key setting flow molding part, put the cut-pieces of the colorful raw material into the pre-heated main mold. The vocanization process will cured and bond the dual&double color&hardness silicone in the mold, with such overmolded&key setting flow molding process, we can produce one silicone rubber keypads with variant in hardness and colors.

Fifthly, screenprinting colorful legends&symbols&characters on the switch button’s surface. Screen printing has strong adhension on the screen printing switch button pad, its ink coating is thick and solid which with a strong force, long shelf life and strong three dimensional sense.

Finally, spray protective coating, such as PU coating, matt smooth coating, epoxy coating etc., the protective coating can help to increase the lifecycle of the switch button by enhencing wear resistance, it also can prevent the dust and provide good tactile feelings of the keypad surface.
