Dual Hardness Rubber Keypads production, not only need one more set of silicone rubber compression molding (for silicone keys & buttons production), but also need one more auxiliary tooling ( for key setting or positioning when production)

Notes: Double Hardness Keypads unit cost is not cheap: One need twice silicone rubber compression molded production, the other higher reject ratios like buttons positioning problem when production.

The main difference between dual hardness & overmoulding silicone keypad (overmolded keypad) and color coating silicone keypad:
1. One is buttons durometer if different from button & key web / mat

2. The other if have molded parting lines: Double hardness keypads have molded parting lines between colors. Color coating Silicone Keypad have not molded parting line between key color and button web color.

The main difference between dual hardness & overmolded silicone keypad (overmolded keypad) and colorful key-setting silicone rubber keypad: Dual hardness rubber keypad which molded parting line is straight
